We have devised a questionnaire that prompts you to recall the pertinent information necessary to furnish you with a rod that meets the specifications to enhance your aquatic experiences.

The craftsmanship of our rod builders commences as they assemble your components, guided by your meticulously crafted Build Blueprint. Utilizing the finest rod lathes from Renzetti and Flex Coat, the industry-standard brands employed by all major fishing rod manufacturers, we guarantee the utmost quality in the construction of your rod.

We construct our rods from the finest quality blanks sourced from reputable industry suppliers. These blanks are meticulously crafted to ensure optimal length, power, action, sensitivity, and durability, providing anglers with the confidence to successfully land their prized catches in any environmental conditions. Notably, many of our blanks can be designed as multi-species rods, eliminating the need for additional gear.

Upon the completion of rod assembly, the rod craftsman will conduct a thorough evaluation to ascertain compliance with the guidelines outlined in the Build Blueprint. Prior to applying finish to the guides, a static load will be applied to verify the correct placement of the guides for optimal performance. The final step prior to finishing involves confirming the alignment of the guides. Once the rod has undergone rigorous quality control, it is prepared for sealing the guide thread with the highest quality finish available.

A high-quality performance rod is meticulously crafted from a combination of components that harmoniously enhance the rod’s blank, facilitating the casting and retrieval of your catch.  Completing your fully custom rod involves selecting your grips, reel seat, handle, butt, guides, and tip-top.

While you eagerly anticipate the delivery of your custom rod, we are applying multiple coats of the finest epoxy finish and allowing it to dry for 72 hours in our climate-controlled rod room to control the cure time and maximize the durability of your personalized rod. Upon completion of the drying process, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.
